  • How to develop basic simulation models.
  • How to develop simulation model of power electronics converters
  • What are the Modules available for different applications?

  • Simulation & analysis of DC/DC converters, Inverters (DC/AC)
  • How to define Saturable core parameters

 

Day 2: Device level & Motor applications:

From 10 AM to 11.30 AM:

  • Loss Calculation in Thermal Module
  • Effect Loss Calculation and Transient Analysis of SiC and GaN Devices
  • AC Analysis of Switchmode Circuits in SPICE Simulation

From 11.45 AM to 1.30 PM:

  • Introduction to JMAG FEA Tool
  • Motor Flow in JMAG
  • Motor Concept Design using JMAG
  • Control Design of A 100‐KW PMSM Drive (PSIM + JMAG-RT)

 

Day 3: Modeling and Analysis

From 10 AM to 11.30 AM:

  • Modelling of Lithium‐Ion Battery
  • Modelling of Ultra- Capacitor
  • EMI Analysis and Filter Design Using EMI Design Suite.
  • Design of Resonant LLC Converter using Power Supply Design Suite

  • Auto Code generation for TI F28335 Micro Controller
  • Implementation and Design of Phase-locked loop (PLL) Block
  • Co-simulation of PSIM with MATLAB/Simulink
